Dr. Richard Osibanjo serves as Chief of Staff and Director of SPTD Transformation. He is a leading expert, author, executive coach, program facilitator, and keynote speaker in transformational leadership and senior team performance. His work centers on helping senior leaders energize their organizations with bold, transformational strategies that unlock human potential and new market growth. He was born and raised in Nigeria. He studied Analytical Chemistry and Environmental Science in the U.K. and received his Ph.D. in Chemistry at the University of California. He is also a Forbes Columnist, Marshall Goldsmith Top 100 coach, and a John Maxwell certified Leadership Coach, Trainer, and Speaker.
