The National Society of Black Engineers (NSBE) Portland Professionals is excited to offer our first year of internships, thanks to our wonderful partners in industry, Energy Trust of Oregon via CLEAResult. We hosted one college intern last summer and will be looking to recruit another this Spring 2024! Please check back soon for information on how to apply for our Energy Engineering Pathway Internship!

 

This year we were also able to expand into high school internships, thanks to a grant from the Oregon Health Authority's Youth Advisory Council (YAC).

 

We are currently looking to place one more high school intern before March 2024!

 

Please reach out to nsbepropdx@gmail.com if your company has capacity to host a high school student for an engaging internship! Internships are meant to inspire career pathways, provide paid (by NSBE Portland) workforce development opportunities, and are intended for Black identifying students.
